Instead, our efforts are governed by the agreed quarterly KPIs set up on the account and we’ll do what it takes to achieve these regardless of the hours required.

If a client alters their marketing strategy mid-campaign, we will work together to adjust the KPIs accordingly.

Client Delays and Communication Holdups

If a client holds up approvals or has considerably delayed responses to agency requests or various communications.

Major macroeconomic changes

Factors outside of our control, such as economic downturns, may impact our ability to achieve the agreed KPIs. In such cases, we will reassess and adjust the goals as needed.

Unexpected negative anomalies

If unforeseen events occur, like that of a pandemic or natural disaster for instance, that prevent us from reaching the agreed KPIs, we will collaborate with the client to determine the best course of action.
