Managing Director

At Digilari, we have built a team culture that is focused on collaboration, active learning and positive attitudes. We’re so proud to have such a diversely skilled team from a range of backgrounds, which is why we’re excited to introduce our new series – Meet the Team. What better way to start off our Meet the Team series than by introducing our Managing Director, Sean Brown.

What I Do

Business Management

My main role, aside from managing the business admin side, i.e .tax, super, staff pays, etc., the boring but important stuff! Where the time is better spent is in the Sales/Marketing/Agency Growth areas which is all about doing what I can to get Digilari on the radar for potential new clients. Then crafting the right solution to help our clients build on their success.

Business & Marketing

I am always genuinely interested in talking business and marketing with business owners and or senior managers of businesses who have growth challenges. In doing this, with a high level of authenticity and interest, I am often able to create solutions to overcome these challenges. As such I believe my specialty is in the building of relationships that foster into mutually beneficial arrangements that focus on delivering great outcomes.

Be brave, be bold, and don't listen to the boring ones.

Sean Brown

Digilari was born out of this opportunity

Who inspires you?

Richard Branson – he lives to put the customer first through disrupting old and ‘set in their ways’ type businesses and industries. A true pirate.

Be brave, be bold and don’t listen to the boring ones.

Find & market your point of difference, your USP’s, and look for the most cost effective way to achieve an omnipresence in your market.

What are you passionate about outside of work?

The entertainment industry – not the gossip magazine stuff but the actual business of entertainment.

Is there anything else you want to share?

I believe that life can be better when you choose to live with happiness, optimism and gratitude, whilst living a life of adventure, being confident and looking for ways to apply your own creativity without worrying what others may think.
