None Disclosure Agreement

We care about privacy, as such both parties sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) that affords both our businesses commercial-in-confidence in the sharing of information.

Strategy Proposal

The strategy proposal outlines the key elements we will be undertaking for you in order for us to be able to deliver on your desired outcomes. It will provide examples of the specific website elements we will be targeting, along with new initiatives we will be looking to instigate over the campaign duration. Of course, the investment required will be outlined clearly in this proposal also.

Letter of Engagement

This is a letter to approve of terms and conditions of our partnership and set a strong foundation for our ongoing collaboration.

First Invoice

We generally send you the first invoice that covers the set-up fees for Month Zero along with the actual marketing campaign fees for Month One. From there we send invoices on the third week of each month for payment in advance for the month ahead.

Digital Properties Access

Generally there are a lot of digital properties that we'll require access to in order to deliver on our services, these usually include gaining website admin access, Google Analytics and paid account accesses and more. We'll guide you through this and assist you at every step of the way.

Business Information

Once we receive all the required accesses and the paperwork is signed off, we are under way and will request for your business to complete what we call the Business Information document. This is a process that allows us to delve deep into your business, your products & services and your competition. It's amazing how much great information we receive in this part of the process!
